The battery life is approximately 6-8 months on average. We track the remaining battery life of each sensor and alert you on the dashboard when it is time to replace a battery.

Contact your internet service provider. Many times the issue relates to the router and in many cases can be fixed by unplugging the router and plugging it back in.

Unplug the hub, wait 30 seconds and plug back in. After 15 minutes, check the dashboard again to confirm the activity is now displaying.
